Abstract

Construction Cost Index (CCI) is an index number that describes the rate comparison Construction Cost (TKK) a regency / municipality or province of the TKK regency / municipality or another province. In accordance with the understanding, the CCI can be categorized as a spatial index, the index measuring the price comparisons for the area / region is different in a certain time period. Basic data used in the calculation of CCI include building materials price data / construction and heavy equipment rental, weigh diagram types of goods, and general weight diagram.
